Bud Hayes began his career in Portland, Oregon supplying homeowners and contractors with custom designed and built cabinets. He owned and operated B.Hayes Custom Cabinets for 20 years where he is still remembered for his helpfulness and integrity.
Bud came to Los Angeles in 2002 and became an active member of CREIA, The California Real Estate Inspection Association. He helped out with the organization, mentored new inspectors and eventually became a director in 2006.
Bud Hayes created the Hayes Inspection Group to provide a better service to Real Estate professionals as well as buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles area. Bud has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential property inspections. And recently has been working with landlords and lawyers on Litigation Prevention inspections.
Bud can also refer clients to professionals within his large network of inspectors; from foundation to roofing experts.
